I first got interested in photography when, while traveling around the world, I started to notice how ambient light gives so much of the specific character to different places. As it is very hard to describe this in words, I decided to start capturing these changing atmospheres with my camera. Since that, understanding and controlling light has been my main goal as a photographer.

For me, making photos is also a way to connect with people and learn about all aspects of life. Curiosity and open-mindedness are probably the two most important values for me as a person and as a photographer.

I am based in Tampere, Finland and available for portrait photoshoots and documentary projects.
